Chris Hartung

I was introduced to crossfit in the summer of 2010. My personal trainer at the 'regular' gym quit to join the local crossfit affiliate. He talked me into coming in and giving it a try. I thought I was in good shape, but quickly proven wrong. I'll never forget my first workout, thrusters, had no clue what these were, and 400m sprints. That was the first workout that had me lying on the floor making sweat angels as I was seeing stars. From that moment on I was hooked.
Being a trainer I hope to help everyone achieve their goals, big or small, from that first unassisted pullup to muscle ups. With some hard work almost anything is possible. There's nothing to it but to do it. Now let's go do some work!
