I first came across Crossfit reading a Muscle and Fitness magazine in 2009 looking for that next best workout to try. Reading the article I decided to drag a fellow coworker of the Globo gym I trained at to try this "Crossfit" thing out. The workout was "Angie" and it destroyed me. I didn't know how to do kipping pull-ups so I struggled through every single rep until I was spent breathing heavily on the floor. I was hooked! I finally found an outlet like I once had when I played football and wrestled in High School. About a week later I felt mostly recovered and jumped head first into Crossfit. As a coach I love seeing and celebrating every accomplishment or PR of a client no matter how big or small it is. Even if it is bigger than my own. It is a true blessing to help and see members succeed. So lets move some weight and if we're not dry heaving by the end then we didn't push hard enough!
