Just want to thank Ryan Atkins of Crossfit Racine and Kelly Moore for the great Crossfit clinic they lead in Bloomington, MN last week. They did a GREAT job explaining many Crossfit fundamentals including program design, scaling intensity, progressive skill development, and TONS of tips for developing kippers, HSPUs, OHS, etc. Tabata Squats and Mike Burgener's Warmup added more to the fun!

Anyone interested in improving their Crossfit numbers and skills will benefit from working with either of these fine athletes!
