|I just want to say thanks to Ryan and his staff of instructors for all they have done for me through CrossFit. When I started in October, I was in decrepit shape due to years of laziness and a broken leg that derailed my only other from of excercise, cycling. I saw a freind who recently started your program and he loked great! After 3 months of training with Ryan and his staff. I am proud to say that I feel great! Gone is the winded feeling after going up 2 flights of stairs and in its place I have lots more energy and a new outlook on fitness! I look forward to the coming months of training and the improvements to my physique!
