I ended up losing about 15-20 pounds during OnRamp. I lost about 1.5 inches around my waist, gained about 1/2 inch in my arms, lost a little bit in my chest (must have had some extra fat there too), and my thighs gained a little bit. In the couple of weeks of regular classes, I have seen slight gains in arms, chest, and thighs. My waist stayed the same but I did mix in more carbs and some unhealthy treats that I purposely avoided during OnRamp.
