Eva T. is a 2X Olympian in Alpine Skiing ( Albertville and Lillehammer ) and a 12 year veteran of the U.S. Ski Team. She has won 6 National Championships, Won a world Championship Bronze Medal, and is a World Technical Skiing Champion. She is now sharing her ski skills on the hill, as well as teaching people how to move off the hill through Crossfit. Also, she works as a Ski Racing Commentator. Her passion is surfing. Her profession is athletics, and she loves both teaching and performing them.

Gayle Hatch's contributions to Olympic-style weightlifting and strength training are quite considerable. He has been active as a weightlifting and strength & conditioning coach for more than thirty-five years. Among Hatch's many accomplishments are memberships in both the USA Weightlifting and USA Strength and Conditioning Coaches Halls of Fame and he served as Head Coach of the men's 2004 USA Olympic Weightlifting Team that competed in Athens, Greece, the home of the modern Olympics.

The Gymnastics WOD (Workout-of-the-Day) was specifically designed by the team at Naka Athletics to build a stronger gymnastics foundation for athletes at all levels and of all ages.
