Hey Gang, In case you've missed the in-class announcements and the earlier posting, we've added some class options to our normal schedule, CrossFit Milwaukee is welcoming back trainer Danika Holbrook who we'll be working together with to broaden the programming scope out of our gym.
As many of you know, we've been heavily influenced by the programming for CrossFit Football in our programming. Our normal group classes have already started adhering more and more strictly to that model. If you need a change of pace, and/or want to experience some more hi-rep, extended, endurance paced protocol than you may want to look for some Metcon Madness classes. Here's part of what Danika has to say about the new classes, including information of a free trial!:
"Metcon Madness will mirror the same format that I have used in my SELF Fit Milwaukee classes over the past 6 years. We draw upon all the greatest elements of CrossFit without the extreme heavy lifting. Through the combination of my training and experience as an elite athlete and Ryan’s extensive athletic knowledge and enthusiasm, we will diversify the existing SELF Fit program with an infusion of new exercises, equipment, and additional morning time slots from which everyone can benefit. Please come join our FREE TRIAL day on Wednesday, September 10th, from 8:45-9:45 at Klode Park.
The following week we will start regular classes beginning Monday, September 15th, at both 5:45 and 8:45. Specifics below: START DATE – Monday, September 15th
WHEN – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
TIME – 5:45-6:30 AM OR 8:45-9:30 AM
WHERE – Klode Park or Dominican High School (Weather Dependent)

One of the best features of this new option is that it comes at NO ADDITIONAL expense to existing CrossFit Milwaukee members. Our current members have the simple option of substituting as many Metcon Madness classes in for their normal class allotment as they see fit. The 5:45AM classes are already in swing.
