Trainer James Taulbee has recently relocated to our gym. You may have noticed some of the gear that came with him - stones (lots of them), a yoke, farmer's walks bars, loading pins among other stuff. If you're looking to try out some of these new toys, the 7:30PM class on weekdays is the place to do so. It's also a place where you get to try out Jame's creation of CrossFit Evo - a conglomeration of traditional CrossFit, strongman tools and some core/isolation work thrown in!
